Modify Client Reg Fee

Loan Performer allows the Modification of Client's Registration Fees. This includes the Date, Registration Fees, Stationery and Administration Fees. The fees to modify should have been set at System\Configuration\Register Part 1.

How to modify Clients Registration fees

To enter clients registration fees, go to Clients/Client registration fees. A screen like one below will appear:

• Select the type of Clients whose fees you want to modify i.e. Individual, Groups or Business.

• Client Code: In this field, enter the client code or click on the "Choose" button to retrieve the code and click next.
• In the Highlighted fields, enter the new amount.

• Transaction No: The transaction number is automated and will appear here.
• Date: Enter here the date of fees payment.
• Voucher: Enter the voucher number here.
• Registration fees: Enter here the registration fees.
• Stationery: Enter here the stationery fees.
• Administration fees: Enter here the administration fees.

Note
The above fee amounts can be made default at System\Configuration\Register Part 1 so that you don't have to enter them manually.

• Select Cash Accounts: The cash accounts should have been set at System\Configuration \Cash Accounts.

Click on the button "Save" to save the changes and "Close" to exit the menu.

To view the changes made, go to Account\Breakdown per Account
